  2. Click on the “Sign in” button and enter your company email address in the provided field and click “Next”.

  3. Enter your provided password in the password field and click on “Sign in”.

  4. You will see a prompt asking you to download the Microsoft Authenticator app. Download the app from the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android). You may also click here<\/a> to scan the QR code to download the app.

  5. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device. Follow the app\u2019s instructions to add an account. When prompted, use the app to scan the QR code displayed. After scanning the QR code, your sign-in email will appear in the app.

  6. The Microsoft Authenticator app will generate a verification code for you and notification will appear on your screen requesting the code.

  7. After entering the correct code, the authentication will be approved.

  8. Proceed to step 2 for selecting an alternative method to sign in. Choose to use your phone number for authentication. Enter your phone number in the provided field and click “Next”.

  9. You will receive a code via SMS to the entered phone number. Check your inbox for the received code and enter the received code into the prompt.

  10. Once the correct code is entered, your account will be successfully authenticated.
